Personal Chef and Food Prep: Patricia Haidar

Originally from Pittsburgh Pa, I moved to Jacksonville NC in 2002 in which I now call my home. I have worked in the food & beverage industry for over 30 years. I have held the position of cook, prep cook, catering manager, catering director, server, bartender, manager and general manager in the industry.

My love of cooking came from my grandmother Marie, growing up with my grandparents and 3 other siblings we did not eat out much on a fixed income so my grandmother would cook homemade meals mostly every day. I started cooking when I was about 10 years old and was hooked ever since. My passion is comfort, ethnic and american cuisene, which I believe all great meals are made with love!

I love planning events, which is another one of my passions, I thrive to create unforgettable moments for my clients in every way! I have worked for many businesses in the past and my focus now is to help individuals and families with their busy lifestyles and offer them more time to relax and spend quality time with friends and family.
